We are so pleased with Gary and his team of Tina, Tim and Phil in their work ethic and results in cleaning out our deceased family member's house. They were very empathetic, encouraging and helpful to us in making decisions about what to keep and what to discard. They were amazing and I recommend them without hesitation. Wow. Gary and his team are amazing. My little sister was about to get kicked out of an apartment because the hoarding was so bad. They cleaned everything so it was like a brand new place. The landlord thought she was in the wrong apartment. No more smell. They were great with helping my sister sort and organize. Gary even helped to clean out the car. The work would have taken me two weeks. They had it done in a day. Worth every penny!

Outstanding customer service. A rental of mines had waste in the basement leftover from a mainline being clogged. BioOne came over and I received a fair estimate. I had to reschedule due to major pipe problems. Gary was understanding and a few weeks later a tech came out and cleaned everything up perfectly. The people who work here are kind, compassionate and oh so hard working. They knew I was in a time crunch before my move so a representative came over within an hour, in the evening, to give me a bid which was quite accurate. My place is not gross but totally out of control with the vast amount of things I have accumulated over the years. I was having a very hard time deciding what to let go and then doing it. The team of four wonderful people I worked with got everything sorted and completely packed in only two days. Items marked to sell will net a tidy profit and those for donation will be appreciated.
