We recommended Bio One KC to a customer that needed help. They came in and in one day made a huge difference for this person.

Called BioOne on a Sunday for a situation involving bodily fluids in a friend's house. Gary was very compassionate and caring and was able to come take care of our problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us. I would definitely recommend BioOne. Thank you Gary.

The owner was so kind and professional, and his cleaners were thorough and compassionate, as well. While I hope to never have the need for them again (bio-hazard cleaning isn't something anyone looks forward to), I would 100% choose them again. They even completed the work for less than estimated!

Gary was really friendly and considerate from the very beginning. My deceased parents house had a mouse infestation and mouse droppings were everywhere especially in the kitchen. Gary and his hard working crew gave me the peace of mind in which I definitely needed. Very professional business! Everything that they cleaned looks amazing! I know I wouldn't have the patience or the stomach to do that dirty job by myself. Highly recommend Bio-One KC.

I have not used their service yet, however Logan is honest and very straight forward. His customer service and professional courtesies are extraordinary. I will make sure to share my experience with others needing services for their special cleaning needs.

Amy & Sterling are by far the best duo to help clean & pack. They worked hard and were very professional. Thank you Gary for sending 2 of your best employees. I would definitely recommend this company!

Called and talked to Gary about my mother’s hoarding situation in Independence. He was very quick to come out to give me a quote. He and his team got the job done very quickly and even better than I expected. Thank you again! I’ll definitely refer them to anyone needing their services.

The owner treated our family fairly and his staff was professional and sensitive to our situation. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and they were less expensive than other quotes we received. Thank you for all of your help and your genuine kindness.
