The house they cleaned was completed with the upmost compassion and professionalism. I was very impressed with this company and the staff. Highly recommend.

Gary and his crew accomplished an amazing amount of clean-up on a 3 day job. They navigated difficult family dynamics professionally and stayed focused on what was important - a healthy and safe environment for the home owners.

the owner was nothing but a gentleman and very professional when we had contact. sorted everything out in a VERY timely manor ! i wish more business owners were as up front forward and honest as this man has been, if you have need of his services i highly recommend him just from our phone interactions alone this would hands down be a company i would want on my side!

The owner was so kind and professional, and his cleaners were thorough and compassionate, as well. While I hope to never have the need for them again (bio-hazard cleaning isn't something anyone looks forward to), I would 100% choose them again. They even completed the work for less than estimated!

I think the team is hard working and can over come any obstacle put in front of them. I believe they are friendly, and make the lightest out of a difficult situation.
Brittany Sifford, Gladstone, 10/31/2018
Outstanding customer service. A rental of mines had waste in the basement leftover from a mainline being clogged. BioOne came over and I received a fair estimate. I had to reschedule due to major pipe problems. Gary was understanding and a few weeks later a tech came out and cleaned everything up perfectly. My tenants were happy and complimented the great work. Gary worked with me from beginning to end and made it very easy since I live out of state. If you’re looking for an honest & caring company, you’ve came to the right place! Thanks again!

Rockstar service! Worked with Gary on a recent job and he was on top of everything.

Ignore the poor rating. Hoarding is a mental illnesses, as is bi-polar disorder and co-dependancy. If you have people that you love but their problems are evident in the unsafe living environment that they have created-consider Bio-One's professional services. Bio-One is not able to fix the underlying issues of people who can't or won't help themselves but they can do an amazing job of making the person(s) you care about's living space inhabitable. What they can do in three days is nothing short of amazing. A previous failed attempt at a assisting family member(s) involved over 12 people and a lot of frustration and effort and more importantly-the goal line was never crossed. This company has the ability to SAFELY go into an unsafe living environment and improve things. If you love for someone exceeds their capacity to take care of themselves- consider Bio-One.
