When tragedy leaves more than grief behind When a crime or traumatic event happens, life splits into before and after. In those first hours and days,...
Unfortunately, I recently found that I had a rather significant amount of mouse droppings in an unfinished basement area used only for storage. I was delighted by Gary’s cleanup of the area this week which is now spotless. Gary and his team impressed me with their communication, follow-up, punctuality, professionalism, and most importantly, knowledge of the chemicals for a safe clean-up of my basement. He even went the extra mile to identify how the mice gained entry to the house. While this is an not inexpensive service, it was worth it based on the result and peace of mind. Five stars!

Ignore the poor rating. Hoarding is a mental illnesses, as is bi-polar disorder and co-dependancy. If you have people that you love but their problems are evident in the unsafe living environment that they have created-consider Bio-One's professional services. Bio-One is not able to fix the underlying issues of people who can't or won't help themselves but they can do an amazing job of making the person(s) you care about's living space inhabitable. What they can do in three days is nothing short of amazing. A previous failed attempt at a assisting family member(s) involved over 12 people and a lot of frustration and effort and more importantly-the goal line was never crossed. This company has the ability to SAFELY go into an unsafe living environment and improve things. If you love for someone exceeds their capacity to take care of themselves- consider Bio-One.

Words can not fully express how incredible Gary and the Bio-One KC team were to work with, but I will try. First and foremost they are absolute professionals, quick to respond, honest and complete in their estimate, great and consistent communication, and delivered exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. Maybe as important as the quality of work is the compassion and understanding they showed in a very difficult situation. I had a family emergency and I needed their services very quickly and unexpectedly. I was completely overwhelmed with all that I needed to do, and potentially having to navigate many vendors in a short time frame, it seemed impossible. Gary and his team were able to provide me with a one-stop-shop and able to get me 90% of the way complete with the job at hand and provide references to other service providers whom I could trust to get me 100% there. In an emotionally difficult time you need a company you can trust and that believes in not just getting the work done, but caring for the people involved. Gary's support and reassurance during this process is something I will never forget and always appreciate. This is a company that delivers in both integrity and excellence in their work. Pros: Honest and accurate estimate, no surprises. Professional and thoughtful staff. Complete service highly customized to the needs of each client. Quick response. Fair prices - particularly for the quality of work. References to other trusted services and vendors for other services needed. Cons: None

We are so pleased with Gary and his team of Tina, Tim and Phil in their work ethic and results in cleaning out our deceased family member's house. They were very empathetic, encouraging and helpful to us in making decisions about what to keep and what to discard. They were amazing and I recommend them without hesitation. BioOne accomplished the work and on the estimated amount. Gary was open and honest about the project and what to expect from the beginning. You cannot go wrong if you select BioOne for your clean out job.
