We manage 127 units and if we ever have an issue where there is a blood or bodily fluids again they will always be our first call. We were lost on how to clean an apartment after a troubled tenant attempted to end their life. They were lucky and made it to the hospital in time however their apartment was left like a crime scene you see on TV. It had to be disinfectd etc in order for another tenant to move in and Bio One went above and beyond. Even the grout on the tile floor was spotless. They were super responsive for the estimate and came back right away to provide services. We were amazed at their work!

Wow. Gary and his team are amazing. My little sister was about to get kicked out of an apartment because the hoarding was so bad. They cleaned everything so it was like a brand new place. The landlord thought she was in the wrong apartment. No more smell. They were great with helping my sister sort and organize. Gary even helped to clean out the car. The work would have taken me two weeks. They had it done in a day. Worth every penny!

Unfortunately, I recently found that I had a rather significant amount of mouse droppings in an unfinished basement area used only for storage. I was delighted by Gary’s cleanup of the area this week which is now spotless. Gary and his team impressed me with their communication, follow-up, punctuality, professionalism, and most importantly, knowledge of the chemicals for a safe clean-up of my basement. He even went the extra mile to identify how the mice gained entry to the house. While this is an not inexpensive service, it was worth it based on the result and peace of mind. Five stars!

Outstanding customer service. A rental of mines had waste in the basement leftover from a mainline being clogged. BioOne came over and I received a fair estimate. I had to reschedule due to major pipe problems. Gary was understanding and a few weeks later a tech came out and cleaned everything up perfectly.
