Gary was really friendly and considerate from the very beginning. My deceased parents house had a mouse infestation and mouse droppings were everywhere especially in the kitchen. Gary and his hard working crew gave me the peace of mind in which I definitely needed. Very professional business! Everything that they cleaned looks amazing! I know I wouldn't have the patience or the stomach to do that dirty job by myself. Highly recommend Bio-One KC.

The people who work here are kind, compassionate and oh so hard working. They knew I was in a time crunch before my move so a representative came over within an hour, in the evening, to give me a bid which was quite accurate. My place is not gross but totally out of control with the vast amount of things I have accumulated over the years. I was having a very hard time deciding what to let go and then doing it. The team of four wonderful people I worked with got everything sorted and completely packed in only two days. Items marked to sell will net a tidy profit and those for donation will be appreciated. I will go to start a great future in a new completely clutter free environment. These people have lifted such a burden and I would recommend this company with complete confidence.
