It was very difficult to make that call to Bio One KC and admit that our house had gotten way, way far beyond us. But I did call and I spoke with Logan, the owner, who was incredibly kind. He came out to look at our hideous mess (my term, not his!) and the next day his crew got to work. They are just as nice as Logan. And strong!! Two women hauled out my old defunct fridge and put it in a dumpster. And when they clean, they CLEAN. The job they have done is amazing. If you are like me, it will be hard to admit that your house is out of control. But if it is, I say take a deep breath and make the call to these folks. No shaming, just kindness and stunning results.

Unfortunately, I recently found that I had a rather significant amount of mouse droppings in an unfinished basement area used only for storage. I was delighted by Gary’s cleanup of the area this week which is now spotless. Gary and his team impressed me with their communication, follow-up, punctuality, professionalism, and most importantly, knowledge of the chemicals for a safe clean-up of my basement. He even went the extra mile to identify how the mice gained entry to the house. While this is an not inexpensive service, it was worth it based on the result and peace of mind. Five stars!

During a very stressful time following the untimely death of a family member, Bio-One came in, did their job, cleaned the property so well, and generally took so much stress off that I can't recommend them highly enough! Don't hesitate to speak with Logan and his team. The family is so happy that we hired this firm to do a very difficult job! Communication was superb, they finished on time and exactly within budget. And if you have any questions if, horribly, you need these types of services. this is the company you want.

The owner was so kind and professional, and his cleaners were thorough and compassionate, as well. While I hope to never have the need for them again (bio-hazard cleaning isn't something anyone looks forward to), I would 100% choose them again. They even completed the work for less than estimated!

I have not used their service yet, however Logan is honest and very straight forward. His customer service and professional courtesies are extraordinary. I will make sure to share my experience with others needing services for their special cleaning needs.
